2. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings must be made through our website or authorized channels.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate contact details when booking.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

• If you cancel a booking, the amount paid will be credited to a Hair salon Coupon, which can be used for future bookings.
• The Hair salon Coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance and is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• No-shows will result in a forfeited booking fee, and no refund or coupon will be issued.
• Refunds outside of our standard policy will be considered at Hair salon’s sole discretion.

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include applicable taxes.
• Payments must be made at the time of booking via our secure payment gateway.
• Hair salon reserves the right to change pricing at any time.

5. Customer Responsibilities

• Arrive on time for your scheduled appointment.
• Notify us in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel.
• Treat our staff and premises with respect.

6. Liability & Disclaimer

Hair salon is not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, or dissatisfaction resulting from our services. We provide services on an “as is” basis and do not guarantee specific results. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
