If you cancel your booking, the amount paid will not be refunded to your original payment method. Instead, the balance will be credited to a Hair salon Coupon. The credited coupon can be used for future bookings at Hair salon.
Your Hair salon Coupon can be applied to any service or booking made through our website. The coupon will be valid for 6 months from the date of issuance. The coupon balance does not expire within this period and can be used at any time. The coupon is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If you fail to attend a booked appointment without canceling in advance, the amount paid will not be refunded or credited.
